Job Description

Overall administrative tasks including telephone inquiries, e-mail, internal and external mail, scheduling meetings, and calendar management for departmental headsEstablish a positive employer-employee relationship; create and sustain an equitable and inclusive culture; and promote a high level of employee morale, confidence and motivationSupport the consistent and equitable implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programsRespond to employee relations issues and concerns promptly and effectivelySupport time and attendance management, contract issuance, on-boarding and exit proceduresMaintain secure and confidential human resource-related files and recordsEngage in data analysis and compile information for routine reporting and analysisConduct new hire orientation for all locationEducate HR Policies & ProceduresEducate Benefits options availableKeep HRIS system up to date with all payroll related informationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant

Broad HR Generalist backgroundSolid knowledge of employment laws and HR practicesBachelor's Degree in Human Resource management, business administration, communication or a related field or High School plus 3 years of dedicated experience in recruiting and full-cycle recruitment in a high-volume environment requiredInfluencing skillsDemonstrates emotional intelligenceAbility to manage multiple projectsResults OrientedVerbal and written communication skills required to satisfactorily perform job dutiesWhat's on Offer
