Job Description

As a Compensation Analyst you will:

Assist with all aspects of the year-end process (annual increase and bonus award payments);

Participate in industry specific and general market surveys;Enter and Maintain contracts and invoices;Manage allowance letters and updates in Workday;Provide ad-hoc analytical support to the wider compensation team;Support Compensation projects and initiatives as required.Assist Compensation Partner with the development of salary recommendations for new hires, promotions and other salary adjustments;Lead on analytical evaluation of current salary data to updated compensation frameworkSupport People and Culture and Compensation Change Programmes as required.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant

What we are looking for:

2+ Years minimum experience within compensation analysticsSound experience in Compensation practice;Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;Expert Excel skills and proficient in complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis;Sound Presentational and Communications skills;Ability to complete detailed complex work accurately and to deadlinesCommitment to continuous learning and growth in the areas of diversity, equity, inclusion, antiracism and social justice;Commitment to listening and working with humility; ways of working that are respectful to all people; and that support space and voice for all diverse perspectives in our workplace.Desirable (but not required):

Experience in Non-Profit, Foundation or sophisticated commercial environment;Global compensation experience preferredFamiliarity with Workday, Workday Reporting, and/or similar global HRIS platform;What's on Offer
