Wazee Crane, a division of the Timken Company, has anopening for a Crane Service Estimator at the Broomfield, CO site.The role of Crane Service Estimator is to communicate directly with customers, formulate service estimates, source parts/equipment with pricing, provide customers with proposals, and followup on proposals to book service work. The Crane Service Estimatormust be able to respond to an ever-changing environment with many concurrent inputs and outputs. This position reports to the Field Service Manager.

Essential Responsibilities

Provide prospective and existing customers with accurate estimates for complete service contracts that include labor, equipment, and materialsSource and price parts and materials to fulfill customer requirements on service contractsBook service and parts orders (including order entry, materials order, expedite, and coordinate delivery)Write purchase ordersInvestigate, manage, and follow up to resolution on customer concerns (directed andself-directed communication)Enter and maintain ERP data (dates, prices, scheduling etc.)Coordinate and manage service-related supply chainServe as primary point of contact for new and existing customersVisit job sites as required for sales, service, and job specific supportWork closely with production department to coordinate start-up and load-testSupport crane service manager and service techniciansPerform other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree; finance or business preferred3 years of experience in a customer service environment required;8 years preferred3 years ofexperience managing projects, teams, or customer relationships required;8 years preferredTechnical services estimatingSupply chain managing, sourcing, and/or expeditingERP software data entry and trackingMicrosoft Office Suite proficiencyKey Attributes:

This position works 5 days per week on-site at our Broomfield, CO manufacturing facilityWork schedule is generally 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday - Friday.This position will be posted until August 24, 2024 or filled.

The yearly compensation for this role is $60,000 - $83,000,is commensurate on experience and education and could pay more or less than the posted range.
