Job Description
Insight Global is currently seeking an Application Support Engineer for a remote contract position. The individual will be responsible for the development and support of DataStage (version 11.7). They will be a part of the Integration Platform Support team implementing, upgrading and patching Integration technologies. Primary responsibilities include analyzing requirements, maintaining, testing and integrating application and system components. They will also responsible for designing, developing, debugging, and implementing systems components, software tools, utilities and monitoring tools. The ideal candidate will be technically sound and have strong communication skills as they will be partnering with our other IT groups and functional areas for knowledge sharing, supporting and implementing projects as required.

Skills and Requirements
5-7 years of DataStage Engineering/Production Support experience
Experience with ETL (extracting, transforming, and
loading) best practice
Experience with Unix Shell Scripting or similar
RDBMS knowledge (SQL, Oracle or similar) - Admin experience working with DataStage 11.7.x
Java or .NET programming experience
Snowflake experience
Informatica experience null
