Carrier Enterprise (CE) is a national distributor of residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products, parts and supplies through licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors. CE operates primarily in the business to business (B2B) environment where its products are sold through licensed HVAC dealers and HVAC contractors. These dealers are independent companies that sell, deliver and service Carrier, Bryant & Payne products to residences and businesses in their respective markets. CE offers customers a wide range of HVAC/R product lines, competitive pricing, best in class customer service and valuable, timesaving services that positions CE as an industry leader. With over 200+ locations, in 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico and Canada there is a location to service our customers HVAC/R needs.Responsibilities

Strategic planning to increase market share, sales & margin.Build relationships within the market to assist the sales team in establishing and managing accounts.Coach, motivate and mentor Account Managers to achieve monthly sales & performance objectives.Implement overall product and marketing sales strategies.Manage delivery and implementation of on-going training and education programs.Recruitment, development and recognition of sales professionals and support staff.Requirements

Experience in developing and executing a strategy for revenue and margin growth.7+ years of managerial experience with a proven track record of success.Ability to persuade, convince, influence, and work cross-functionally.Inspirational leadership style with a hands-on approach.Exceptional communication, judgment, and strategic planning with prudent risk taking.Abilities

8+ years of HVAC, construction, refrigeration, control systems or related industry sales experience preferred.Demonstrated ability to develop and lead high performance work teams.Education

BS / BA degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or Engineering.Additional Information
