In this role, you will be a key marketing leader - conceptualizing, developing, & implementing strategies, and organizational processes supporting some of our largest enterprise-wide strategic platforms including Conscious Beauty at the Client and Wellness.As the Manager, Integrated Marketing you will have the opportunity to help reimagine and shape how we bring meaningful and disruptive Marketing executions to life that build equity of the Client`s brand and key brand partners through the Conscious Beauty and Wellness platforms.You are a passionate marketing maven with a cultural backbone, understanding the macro trends that are driving consumer behavior in beauty and how to skillfully insert a brand into those conversations in relevant ways. You have an understanding of the full marketing ecosystem; from digital channels to physical channels, you understand how the ecosystem works together, how a message can be threaded uniquely throughout and which channels to activate based on the audience we're trying to reach and goal we're trying to achieve. You're equally comfortable managing promotional campaigns & equity campaigns that span the marketing funnel of objectives.You will partner closely with the larger Marketing team, Merchandising, Creative, Consumer Insights and Corporate Strategy to develop strategic and measurable marketing programs focused on accelerating collective growth metrics.Principal Duties & Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)

Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans for strategic platforms (Conscious Beauty at the Client and Wellness) throughout the year.Drive partnership with both internal and external resources to develop and execute plans and campaigns.Collaborate closely with strategy, marketing, consumer insights, merchandising, creative services, and other key stakeholder groups to ensure clear and concise execution of marketing plans/strategies.Work with cross functional partners to articulate Annual Business Plans, put plans in place to execute against the plan and develop a measurement framework to define success.Drive marketing thought leadership to evolve and reimagine how we go to market in meaningful and disruptive ways.Maintain knowledge of retail, capabilities, customer needs, internal operations processes and competitive landscape.Travel may be required (

JOB REQUIREMENTS

6+ years direct marketing to consumer experience requiredExperience managing 360 marketing campaigns across multiple channels and KPIsExcellent leadership skills - including team leadership, thought leadership, problem solving, collaboration.Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, including the development of creative briefs and project plans.Strong cross-functional management and project management skills & experience.Solid experience managing through ambiguity to shape, elevate and move planning forward.Solid background/skills in analytics and data driven business planning.Solid background in consumer insight and consumer insight driven business planning.Demonstrated creativity and creative management, including strong demonstrated experience in leading creative work and agency partnerships.Excellent communication/presentation skills, both written and oral.Passion for business/the work and a constant learner.

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
