Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and organized

Business Development Intern Manager

to join our team. In this role, you will manage a team of business development interns responsible for prequalifying leads and supporting our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) in driving growth. Other responsibilities will include recruiting and interviewing prospective interns as well as creating and maintaining reports on lead generation and qualification metrics to track the team's progress. You will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, gathering relevant information, and ensuring leads meet our criteria before they are passed to the BDRs.You are a great fit for this role if others have described you as a strategic thinker and leader. Duties and Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a team of business development interns focused on prequalifying leads.Develop and implement lead qualification processes to ensure a steady pipeline of quality prospects for the Business Development Representatives.Train interns on effective research techniques, lead scoring criteria, and qualification methods.Oversee the interns' daily activities, providing guidance and support to improve their performance.Analyze and assess the quality of leads generated, making recommendations for improvements.Collaborate closely with the Business Development Representatives to understand their needs and optimize lead handoff processes.Create and maintain reports on lead generation and qualification metrics to track the team's progress and impact.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.Contribute to strategy sessions, providing insights and feedback on market dynamics and potential growth areas.Required Experience/Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring or supervising others.Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Proactive, results-driven, and goal-oriented.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Nice-to-Haves

Past work with a sales CRM-preferably HubspotExperience in business development, sales, lead generation, or a similar role is a plus.Education

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.Pay & Benefits Summary
