Description

Our Office Assistant position would work at our Corporate Office Monday-Friday, 7:30a-4pm with a 30minute lunch break. This position acts as the front desk and is the greeter to all individuals coming in as well as assist office personnel.

Greeting clients and visitors as needed.Handling incoming calls, faxes and other communications; direct as necessary.Managing filing system.Recruiting and Onboarding for new hires via PaylocityRecording information as needed.Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.Helping organize and maintain office common areas. Performing general office clerk duties and errands.Coordinating events as necessary.Maintaining supply inventory.Maintaining office equipment as needed.Aiding with client reception as needed.Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.Attend and participate in continuing education programs as required by Supervisor.May be required to work after hours during emergency conditions (e.g., severe weather, evacuation, post-disaster, etc.).Communicate effectivelyRecruiting and interviewing skillsPhone, Skype, and online meeting platform skillsSupports workplace diversityProfessionalism, organization, and project management skillsHuman Relations Specialist Skills and Qualifications:

Must possess a current, unencumbered driver's license in this state.Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult situations.Must be willing to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing practices.Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace.Physical and Sensory Requirements
