A day in the life.

The Director of Sales role provides you with a balance of 40% leadership/motivating people, 40% active sales and 20% strategic review and recommendations. Youll manage a small team of two, with a primary focus on growing local group, social catering and corporate preferred.

To be successful in the Director of Sales position, you:

have proven sales performance in selling fit, wholesale, and corporate leisure and group at full-service hotels, independent preferred.are transparent, creative do-er who loves guiding, mentoring, and leading a team to success.have local market knowledge and connections. Not 100% must, but it will sure come in handy!
