Develop and execute creative strategies across digital, social, OOH, and TV platforms.Manage the end-to-end creative process from concept through to execution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals.Analyze campaign performance to refine and optimize creative strategies.Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our creative approach fresh.Maintain consistency and quality across all creative outputs.Your Experience & Skills
5+ years in a creative role within a leading advertising agency.4+ years proven experience leading creative projects for global brands, ideally in tech or SaaS.Excellent understanding of performance marketing and creative optimization.Proficiency in creative AI tools and technologies.Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.Native or highly proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication.We believe in equal opportunity.
