Their dedicated team supports a dynamic and growing litigation practice.Job DescriptionProvide litigation support to the Labor and Employment Group (LEG).Assist attorneys with case management from inception through trial or settlement.Draft, review, and revise legal documents, pleadings, and discovery materials.Manage case files, document production, and witness summaries.Prepare deposition and hearing materials, including exhibits and witness outlines.Proofread and cite-check briefs for accuracy and compliance.Coordinate subpoenas, document requests, and litigation support services.Perform eDiscovery and database management using recognized review platforms.Maintain accurate and timely billable time entries.Work extended hours as necessary, including occasional travel for case support.QualificationsCertified to work as a paralegal under California law (Cal.
