Responsibilities
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerforms all work according to OSHA and H&K Safety policiesReads and interprets blueprints and job-related documentsRecords daily events in job diarySchedules materials, equipment, and work for the crewAnalyzes crew SIPs to create site SIPsObtains quantities from crews and prepares for billing process with PMAnalyzes cost reports for production adjustmentsAccurately codes and controls onsite costsConducts site meetingsAttends job turnover meetingsCommunicates goals and purposes effectivelyLeads by exampleInfluences and enforces company values, recognizes misalignments, and ensures complianceUnderstands and anticipates customer’s needsUnderstands business practices within the organization and the importance of repeat businessCommunicates with customer representatives and represents the company professionallyOther duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Skills, Education, and ExperiencePennDot road construction experienceStrong Verbal and Written Communications skillsAbility to work with probability, statistical inference, and the fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometryBasic computer skills including internet, email, and documentation using digital camerasDemonstrated leadershipDemonstrated dependability and punctualityAbility to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as neededAbility to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)
