Description: Position Summary: Responsible for managing and maintaining patient accounts while assisting with various clerical/administrative duties as well as serve as one of the primary liaisons between PFC|First and our client.
Position ResponsibilitiesTake incoming calls and make outbound patient callsCommunicate and educate patients regarding their accounts in a professional and ethical mannerSetup payment arrangements with patientsComplete CPR answer and responses in a timely mannerReconcile PPA'sInventory ManagementNew Business AcknowledgementAged InventoryILA and BRK InventoryWork insurance formsTake and report payment information in the systemWork all Thibodaux Regional HoldsWork with Thibodaux's walk-in patients to help resolve accounts placed with First.Assist with any other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements: Essential Skills and AbilitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills; excellent spelling and grammar skillsStrong computer and phone etiquette skillsStrong analytical, organizational, time management and multi-tasking skillsMaintain a professional appearance and positive attitude and imageAbility to work in a face paced environment and maintain workflow standards
Required Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED; Secondary education is preferredMinimum one year experience in professional office setting
