Job DescriptionDanfoss, a global leader in HVAC/R, Industrial Automation, and Motion Controls has an immediate opening for a Regional Sales Manager in its Food Retail business segment. This individual will be responsible for growing sales and market share across existing accounts and generating new business with new accounts. They will have end to end responsibility of sales pursuits. Key responsibilities will include working across all departments including senior leadership at our existing and new customers. Critical skills will include leverage resources across the organization to secure opportunity wins.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:Develop a comprehensive account plan for growthDevelop new business at existing key accountsDevelop new business at non Danfoss accounts in their designated regionDevelop relationships at C suite level with existing and new key accountsParticipate and engage in monthly business dialogue meetingsCommunicate internally with all stakeholders on business requirements for growthResponsible for developingand maintainingDanfoss valuepropositionManage P&L at key accountsManage and maintain a quality opportunity pipeline in Salesforce
