Job description:Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Developer to join our Gen AI team, specializing in the utilization of GitHub Copilot. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing advanced AI solutions while harnessing the power of GitHub Copilot to streamline the development process. AI Development:

Design, develop, and implement AI solutions within the Gen AI project. Leverage GitHub Copilot to generate code, provide suggestions, and enhance productivity in AI development tasks with .NetGitHub Copilot Integration:

Utilize GitHub Copilot to assist in writing code, improving code quality, and accelerating development cycles. Explore innovative ways to leverage Copilot's capabilities effectively within AI development workflows.Code Review and Optimization:

Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with best practices, performance optimization, and ad herence to project requirements. Work proactively to identify opportunities for code optimization and improvement using Copilot's suggestions and insights.Program Management:

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI/ML program objectives on time and within budget .•Ensure that related data assets and models are discoverable and re-usable for multiple projects•Track program progress and performance metrics, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks.•Manage resource allocation and utilization across program projects•Ensure projects meet quality standards and contribute to overall program goals•Support risk management activities for the programAgile AI Process Facilitation:

Support the continuous improvement of the AI/ML development process•Ensure Agile ceremonies such as standup meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives are executed effectively•Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team•Shield the AI and data science team members (data scientists, AI engineers, data analysts, etc) from external distractions and disruptions•Coach the team on Agile principles and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Data DrivenRequired Skills:
