Major Job Function:
Responsible for the aggregation, transformation, and engineering of Bank data. Will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for data processing and reporting applications, ensuring the integrity and usability of data for further analysis and visualization. Primary tasks will include engineering data pipelines, coordinating with various business units on data projects, and leveraging data analytic and RPA tools to gather and organize reliable data.
Experience/skills necessary to perform duties:Education:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and experience with Snowflake are preferred. Coding skills in SQL is also preferred.Data Analytics:
Ability to perform exploratory data analysis and develop analytical models.Passion:
Enthusiasm for data engineering, technology, and the banking industry.Communication:
Strong communication skills with the ability to provide and receive feedback effectively.Organization:

Data Engineering:
Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to facilitate the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data. Ensure that data flows are efficient, accurate, and timely.Data Aggregation:
Aggregate data from multiple sources, ensuring consistency and accuracy in the data used for analysis and reporting.Data Transformation:
Clean, filter, and transform data to prepare it for analysis. Identify and resolve data integrity issues.Data Analytics:
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, trends, and insights from complex datasets. Develop and implement analytical models to support business decisions.Reporting:
Assist in generating and maintaining reports from primary reporting applications, providing insights and analysis as required.Tool Utilization:
Use data analytic tools and RPA tools to automate and streamline data collection and processing tasks. Experience with Tableau and Snowflake is preferred.Collaboration:
Work closely with different business units to support data-driven projects, ensuring alignment and coordination across teams.
