ICF seeks a project coordinator to serve as a Systems Management Coordinator to work on a national technical assistance project. The purpose of this project is to provide legal services for Unaccompanied Children post-release from Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) care and custody and to expand the legal community's skills and capacity to provide immigration legal support. The Coordinator will support the project by providing development and maintenance of the project's case management tracking system. He or she will also provide support, technical assistance, and consultation to the Operations team. The successful candidate demonstrates experience in systems maintenance and strong customer service skills.

This position is supervised by the CQI and Data Quality Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Customize and maintain the case tracking system based on requirements of the projectTroubleshoot any case management system challengesProvide support to system usersAssist with data extraction for reportingContribute to regular project reporting and support activities related to the project's evaluation, including data collection and continuous quality improvement effortsBasic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree2+ years of experience documenting system requirements and customizing technology solutions to meet requirements1 + years experience working with spreadsheets, including conditional formatting, filtering, sorting, and the use of functionsPreferred Skills:

Bachelor's degree in social work, public administrationEducation and/or experience in the application of race equity, diversity, and inclusion of social justice strategies in human service settingsA degree or experience related to data analyticsWorking knowledge of the refugee, immigrant, and asylee challengesExperience working for a refugee programProficient in use and customization of legal case tracking softwareProfessional Skills:

Solid team builder and team player with proven ability to manage competing priorities, perspectives and stakeholder needsAbility to gather, organize, and synthesize information for application in technical assistance deliveryStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.Ability to deal effectively with rapid change and to prioritize work quickly in response to changing needsAbility to promote and contribute to an equitable and inclusive organizational culture and environmentExcellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skillsDemonstrated outstanding level of professionalism in providing administrative support, including ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact and diplomacyProficient with MS office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Pay Range

- There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:$76,848.00 - $130,642.00
