www.paccar.com .Job Responsibilities:Lead CARB and EPA emissions & Greenhouse Gas (GHG) regulation guidance within the entire PACCAR organizationCommunicate emissions & GHG regulation / regulatory requirements, agency expectations & corporate policies to the entire PACCAR organizationParticipate in emissions & GHG regulation rulemaking development with CARB & EPAReview PACCAR proposed powertrain architectures to assess emissions & GHG compliance impactSupport a weekly regulatory compliance guidance meeting to provide emissions & GHG regulation guidance to the entire PACCAR organizationParticipate in industry meetings (EMA, SAE, etc.) for awareness and to inform key stakeholders within PACCARQualifications:Comprehensive understanding of CARB & EPA emissions regulationsDiesel engine, Hybrid, or H2ICE experience preferredMinimum 2 years of experience in a regulatory compliance organizationMinimum 5 years of experience in either emissions or GHG regulatory compliance, certification, controls, calibration, validation, or verification activitiesExperience with industry meetings impacting emissions & GHG compliance such as EMA, SAE, AAI, etc.Experience in preparing and presenting technical information to managementProficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and VisioWorks well independently and in a team environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsInterested in working in a dynamic organizationEducation:Undergraduate degree (ABET accredited) in engineering or other related science disciplinesAdvanced technical degree (Masters) preferredAs a U.S. PACCAR employee, you have a full range of benefit options including:401k with up to a 5% company matchFully funded pension plan that provides monthly benefits after retirementComprehensive paid time off – Minimum of 10 paid vacation days (additional days are provided with additional seniority/years of service), 12 paid holidays, and sick timeTuition reimbursement for continued educationMedical, dental, and vision plans for you and your familyFlexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings account (HSA)Paid short-and long-term disability programLife and accidental death and dismemberment insuranceEAP services include wellness plans, estate planning, financial counseling, and moreAdditional Job Board InformationPACCAR is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veteran/Disability.
