About us
We have the opportunity for an expert RN to lead our nursing team in providing excellent care for residents living with the challenges of memory impairment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of caregivers ensuring high-quality resident care and adherence to medical protocols.
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to maintain efficient operations.
Maintain resident files, ISP's, and Care Plans.
Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines in all nursing activities.
Manage resident admissions, discharges, and transfers effectively.
Utilize electronic health record system for accurate documentation and record keeping.
Provide guidance and support to residents.
Address the needs of patients with special medical conditions or requirements.
Collaborate with medical imaging departments for timely access to diagnostic tests.
Familiar with CBRF Regulations.
Qualifications:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of {location}.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a healthcare setting.
In-depth knowledge of DHS 83 Regulations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and make critical decisions under pressure.
