Join us!What we’re seeking:Frontier Communications is seeking an IT Architect - Digital Technology to champion technologies and be part of the team that is building the solutions for tomorrow’s digital platform. This role will define and drive best practices for the team and tackle the complex development and implementation work. You will be engaged in the entire software development lifecycle from requirements to design to implementation to ownership of how we build. You will be helping make an impact by creating the next generation of new and improved functionality in our digital environment to provide our customers with the online experience they deserve.What we need in you:We need an Architect located in the Dallas, TX area with experience building front-end mobile applications that can also architect solutions for multiple digital capabilities. Your experience with React Native, Cloud Architecture (AWS), and ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and generate buy-in will be deciding factors for this opportunity.What you’ll do:Build, maintain and enhance mobile app platform and improve digital footprintEngage and collaborate with business and other IT stakeholders to drive digital adoption, increase self-serve capabilities, and drive call deflectionProvide recommendations and implement solutions to improve the scalability, quality, performance, and availability of the platformDefine, maintain, and constantly evolve technology architecturesProactively manage a complex mixture of internal resources and external partners to achieve both best-in-class technology solutions while achieving speed to marketDrive operational excellence throughout the organization and partners including processes, governance, efficient working approaches, collaborationEnsure positive trends in key performance indicatorsPartner with PMO and product teams for on-time delivery of solutions, proactive risk mitigation, and business impact during the transformationWhat we offer:Nothing is more important to our success than the team that built it.
