Position Overview
Our client, a rapidly expanding PE-backed healthcare company, is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations and strategic direction. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and driving financial performance in line with the organization’s growth objectives. This role is ideal for a leader who can excel in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and direct all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and healthcare industry standards.Provide strategic financial leadership in areas such as mergers & acquisitions, capital planning, and performance management.Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and long-term capital planning.Collaborate with executive leadership and private equity stakeholders to align financial goals.Present financial performance reports to the board and investors.Lead and mentor the finance team, cultivating a high-performance culture.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA highly preferred.Extensive experience as a CFO or senior financial executive in the healthcare industry, particularly within PE-backed companies.Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, financial management, and regulatory requirements.Proven experience in financial planning, strategy development, and capital management.Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Compensation And Benefits
