The Group IT Project Manager is a key member of the Integration Factory Team and part of the Data & Digital Technologies Service. The Group IT Project Manager will manage and be accountable for the follow-up and delivery of several Integration Factory projects. Responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of the entire project lifecycle.What You’ll Do

Assume the ultimate responsibility for all aspects of the North American project(s)Responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of an entire project through estimation, defining the governance, team members, defining the RACI and the collaboration model with 3rd parties.Ensure the receipt of complete, documented detail requirements from the country IT project team. Assist with the identification and analysis of requirements, as necessary.Collaborate with the onsite/offshore development leader to plan and schedule the design, development, testing and deployment activities and tasks.Ensure all appropriate technical documentation is produced, is complete and correct, complies with factory technical documentation standards and formats, and is appropriately stored on the collaborative sharing platform.Serve as the Integration Factory primary representative.Host projects meetings with team and managers.Request, review, approve and deliver the Partner statement of work (SOW) and any subsequent SOW change requests.Produce and distribute a weekly status report to all project stakeholders.Plan, manage and ensure appropriate communication of all test activities.Review and approve Partners reported project SLA KPIs.Document and share lessons learned prior to project closure.Collaborate with Digital & Data Factory colleagues to identify, recommend and implement improvements in the build model and processes.Decide on the choices to be made according to risk and results.Set up all indicators required for monitoring and managing the project, especially for evaluating performance, costs, and timescales.Coordinate with the Run team in case of production incidents.Assist the Build 2 Run processes and support the build team in delivering operational documentations.Communicate on project status, provide feedback and lessons learned.Maintain a regular communication with all stakeholders.Communicate on risks and action plan.Other duties as assigned.What You’ll Need

4 Year / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any other relevant field.Graduate Degree preferred.Experience:

10+ years professional experience.7+ years in Integration oriented projects.Experienced Project Manager (> 5 years’ experience as a PM).Experienced in AGILE project delivery approach (Scrum, KANBAN, SAFe).Working experience with offshore is mandatory (India would be a plus).Previous experience as a consultant can be an asset.Proven Experience on Integration or Technical Project Manager position.Experience on deploying a DevOps delivery approach.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Expert in Information Technology systems.Strong knowledge of IT organization.Good understanding of Integration platforms: Ipaas, ESB and middleware architecture (TIBCO is preferred).Good knowledge and experience of project management solutions (MS Project, Jira Preferred).Good understanding of eCommerce platforms, customer facing websites, B2B, and cloud platforms is preferred.Strong understanding of Agile delivery approach.Ability to work in a multicultural, decentralized organization.Excellent leadership skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.Ability to challenge country business teams regarding existing processes.Creative and strategic thinker, highly analytical, work comfortably in a constantly evolving environment.Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines and have an ability to remain calm in the face of uncertainty and stress.Working Conditions and Physical Demands
