Responsibilities include developing change management strategies, conducting impact analyses, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and positive outcomes.

What you’ll do

Directly supervise a team of learning and development partners for our CTC collaboration and a change communications partner.

Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support organizational initiatives.

Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.

Design and deliver change management plans, including communication, training, and support activities.

Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.

Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes.

Provide coaching and support to managers and supervisors to help them lead their teams through change.

Develop and maintain change management tools and templates to support project teams and stakeholders.

Develop and implement long-term change management strategies aligned with the organization’s vision and business goals, providing thought leadership to improve change management practices.

Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership and key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on change initiatives and offering strategic insights and recommendations.

Oversee and manage a portfolio of change initiatives, ensuring they are prioritized, aligned, and integrated with organizational objectives, while monitoring progress and mitigating risks.

Mentor and coach junior change management practitioners and project team members, and develop training programs to enhance internal change management capabilities.

Qualifications:

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required

Master’s Degree is preferred.

Professional certification in change management, such as Prosci Change Management Certification, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), or a similar credential, is required.

Experience

5+ years of previous supervisory experience required.

5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field required.

Experience leading change initiatives and working with cross-functional teams is preferred.

Skills

Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.

Proficiency in strategy development.

Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong organizational and planning skills.

Must be proficient in computer technology and Microsoft applications.

Demonstrated interpersonal skills to successfully communicate both verbally and written.

Ability to quickly learn and effectively use new process and procedures to meet business initiatives.

Ability to work effectively on teams by building strong relationships, listening to others, valuing opinions, and helping team to meet goals.
