DescriptionSAIC is currently seeking a

Wargame Designer

located on

Ford Island in Oahu, Hawaii

to support the

Pacific Warfighting Center (PWC)

to provide subject matter expertise and operational support to the design, development, execution, and analysis of internal USINDOPACOM wargames and wargame-informed events.JOB DESCRIPTION:Coordinate all aspects of wargaming events with internal USINDOPACOM stakeholders and external stakeholders.Design, develop, facilitate, adjudicate, and analyze wargames, table-top exercises, and other similar events.Plan and execute required wargame support, develop clear and concise written products, and present wargame materials to warfighters in support of wargame objectives.Assist with set-up and provide other products for event support.Develop in-game and post-game outputs and reports.Use Modeling and Simulation tools as it pertains to their application to wargaming.Effectively communicate in working group meetings in support of wargame campaigns.Build agendas and associated products in support of J73 and the PMTEC program.QualificationsREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree and five (5)+ years of experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.Demonstrated understanding of military wargame design, development, testing, execution, and analysis processes.Knowledge of wargames and TTXs (Table Top Exercises).Demonstrated knowledge of military operations and/or USINDOPACOM area of operations.Demonstrated understanding of military processes and procedures for working across Joint Directorates and Component staffs.REQUIRED CLEARANCE:Must have a current Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.Must be a current US Citizen.
