AFP is offering:Competitive salary (based on experience)Paid Time OffPaid HolidaysParticipation in our medical plan,Participation in our 401(k) plan as well as a 401(k) match.Principal Accountabilities:Answers all incoming calls, responds to client inquires, and greets visitors/clients with hospitality and efficiencyInitiates and provides administrative details to serve team and clients with excellence.Works in conjunction with Partners and staff to initiate and organize meetings.Provides administrative support to team members in a manner consistent with service standards.Monitors and orders office supplies as needed within budgetary guidelines, maintaining positive relationships with vendors and service representatives.Maintains compliance standards by adhering to the firm's Human Resources guidelines, Compliance policies, professional designation standards, and industry regulatory standards to mitigate risk to the firm.Qualifications and Skills:Adeptness at prioritization while responding to urgent needs.Personal integrity and ability to discreetly handle confidential data.Proven ability to provide excellent client service with respect and hospitality while maintaining personal professionalism.Capability to excel in a team environment as well as working independently.Ability to apply discernment in client interactions and task management.Desire to serve clients and co-workers with excellence.Demonstrated computer literacy/skills including proficiency within MS Office products, specifically Excel, Word, and OutlookDemonstrated knowledge of file management principlesStrong attention to detail, organization skills and systems acumenEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
