JOB DESCRIPTION :We are looking for an expert-level SQL Server DBA with deep knowledge and understanding of SQL Server internals and hands-on prior experience administering enterprise-level SQL Server environments.As part of LegalConnect's elite software team, you will be building and managing unparalleled legal tech solutions in a casual and creative environment. Excellent communicator with the ability to proactively suggest measurable improvementsExperience working in complex (enterprise-level) SQL Server environments running in AWS infrastructureExperience with advanced MS SQL High Availability (HA) "Always On" solutionsFull understanding of SQL Server internalsExpert-level understanding of advanced performance and scalability conceptsExpert-level performance monitoring and troubleshooting skills using a variety of approaches (DMVs, Extended Events, Perfmon, Profiler, Wait stats, memory pressure analysis, Query Store, etc.)Ability to analyze and optimize SQL queries for optimal performanceIndependently troubleshoot and quickly resolve complex production database issuesRequired qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree or betterMicrosoft MCSA SQL Server Certification highly desiredAuthorized to work in the USExcellent spoken and written English communication skillsAvailable to work US Pacific hours from 9a - 6pThe ability to work hybrid in our Chino Hills, CA 3 days per week is requiredNo contractors please. This is a full-time job as a LegalConnect employee.Compensation: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
