Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce CRM Analytics Architect to join our team at Cognizant. You will play a pivotal role in improving our customer engagement and operational efficiency through innovative SFDC configurations and developments.Experience:
Salesforce CRMA Architect with at least 10-12 years of experience.Responsibilities:Work with Business to document requirements, build design and solution to implement dashboards as per business needs.Setup integration with 3rd party applications to get the data in CRMA, joining it with Salesforce data to show a customer 360 view.Utilize expertise in Salesforce CRMA and US Healthcare to design and implement tailored solutions/dashboards.Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and Salesforce platform standards.Work closely with business partners to understand their requirements and provide guidance on Salesforce capabilities.Take a hands-on approach to Salesforce CRMA implementation, actively participating in system configuration, customization, and development tasks.Deliver training and support to the business team, enabling them to optimally apply Salesforce.Benefits:
