Salary: $70,000 to $85,000, DOE
Shift: 1st Shift
As a Systems Project Engineer, you will be a key player in managing and delivering complex engineering projects. We are seeking candidates with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, who have 1-5 years of experience in an engineering environment. Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus, and familiarity with American Petroleum Institute (API) standards, specifically 619 and 614, is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate system projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and project goals.
Design, develop, and optimize complex systems to meet project specifications and performance standards.
Ensure that all projects adhere to relevant API standards, particularly API 619 and 614.
Work closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless project execution and integration.
Conduct thorough analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of system-related issues and challenges.
Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, project reports, and status updates.
Stay informed about the latest engineering trends, tools, and technologies to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
1-5 years of relevant work experience; experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
Strong understanding of engineering principles and API standards
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
