This service streamlines continuing education for all NaphCare Employees to meet state-specific requirements for maintaining licensing.

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for Director of Nursing (RN):
Responsible for staff development, nursing education, and management of nursing practice
Coordinate nursing staff orientation and training to both facility and company policies
Observe and evaluate the performance of the nursing staff
Make clinical rounds
Assist with recruiting efforts
QualificationsQualifications for Director of Nursing (RN):
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in
CO ; Bachelors in Nursing preferred
A valid CPR card
A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive administrative/management experience in a healthcare setting, with 1 year experience in correctional healthcare preferred.
