Regional West Health Services is an independent, integrated health care delivery system based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, that is seeking a talented Director of Behavioral Health for the inpatient Behavioral Health Unit and RWPC Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Clinic.As the RWHS Director of Behavioral Health, you will:Be responsible for the performance improvement program, the competency-based orientation program, and the professional development plan for staff and self.Be responsible for budgeting and management of human and material resources.Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of patient care and professional practice.You may be a good fit if you have:Graduated from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.Current State of Nebraska nursing licensure.Current nursing knowledge and five years of recent nursing experience.We look forward to speaking with you.
