Regional West Health Services is an independent, not-for-profit integrated health care delivery system based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska that is seeking a Director of Rural Health Network. This position will work in conjunction with the Rural Nebraska Health Network.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to build strong and lasting relationships with network partners and community stakeholders. The candidate will also demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to organize meetings for the members of the RNHN. The position serves as a contact for members of the RNHN. This position will assist in funding and grants that support the RNHN.
The Director reports directly to the CEO of Regional West Health Services and indirectly to the RNHN Board of Directors.
As the Director of Rural Health Network, you will:
Be responsible for working with Regional West Medical personnel and medical staff to ensure achievement of Critical Access hub hospital requirements.
Ensure the project's compliance with the Rural Nebraska Health Network commitments.
Triage communications as needed and represent the needs and concerns of the critical access hospitals. Work with the regional quality improvement network to facilitate the Rural Nebraska Healthcare Network FLEX program funding.
You may be a great fit if you have:
Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
A valid Nebraska driver’s license, including appropriate auto insurance.
Two years or more in a healthcare coordinator position with project development responsibilities.
