Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville, CA is looking for a General Surgery Physician to join our medical group.Position Details:Bread and Butter General SurgeryClinic Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM to 5PM)Call Schedule - around 15-20 days (additional pay)More than 4 ORs at the hospital but 4 is what we commonly useWith DaVinci robots - will eventually upgrade.Not a trauma hospital.No need for admitting patients as this is handled by the hospitalist and medicine.Can start immediately (2024 Preferred)Salary Range: $350K-$400K annually.Base Salary + Productivity BonusSign-on bonus and relocation allowance can also be given.Position is in Victorville, CA - around 45 minutes to Ontario or Rancho Cucamonga.Qualifications
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $350,000-400,000.
