Valet Supervisor

oversees the operations for the valet locations for an assigned shift, under the direction of the Valet Manager to ensure 24/7 professional valet parking management.Principal Job Duties:Serves as a primary point of contact for patrons during the shift to receive and distribute tickets, keys and cash.Greets customers in a friendly manner and is responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution.Promotes good customer relations with a can-do and caring attitude.Develops a positive rapport with patrons and customers.Assists patrons into the client facility.Parks and returns customer vehicles upon request in a timely manner.Serves as a liaison to company manager responsible for the shift.Signs/Initials as the "valet" on shift cash-out sheets.Other related duties that may be assigned by a company manager.Additional duties as assigned, including weekends, evenings, and nights.Education:High school diploma or GED required.Ability to produce and maintain an acceptable driving record and unrestricted drivers' license.Experience:Strong customer service experience.Parking operations and/or parking industry experience.Skills:Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.Open to feedback and differing opinions.Capable of taking direction from company manager.Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.Ability to drive a standard transmission and operate various types of motor vehicles.Physical Demands:Willingness to work in various weather conditions.Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
