Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Sr. Strategic Project Manager - Universal Experience to fill an open position with a Fortune 500 company based in the greater Connecticut area. In this exciting opportunity, you will be a key player in the Care Management program, revolutionizing disparate healthcare systems into a single, intelligent, self-learning control system. You'll engage with stakeholders across the enterprise, collaborating with various technical product teams to deliver strategic cross-functional initiatives that align with organizational objectives. As part of the IT Product Delivery team, you will oversee technology project deliverables, risk assessment, and key decision-making, ensuring successful project status from initiation to deployment.Responsibilities:Manage, direct, and plan complex projects and programs across disciplines and organizations.Coordinate, schedule, and assign project tasks within initiatives, working with on-shore and off-shore teams.Maintain relationships with functional areas outside of IT and/or eviCore.Lead project teams to meet complex project objectives, reviewing and formulating project plans, schedules, and budgets.Facilitate lessons learned sessions, deliver effective executive-level communication, and own steering committee responsibility for initiatives.Provide thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines.Build partnerships, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus in large, complex groups.Benefits and Perks

7+ years of direct program or project management experience leading business/technology transformation initiatives using Agile methodologies.Agile certification(s) beneficial, but not required.Comfortable presenting, facilitating discussions, and driving decisions with senior/executive stakeholders.Experience using project tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) and Smartsheet is required.
