About Client:
The client provides information technology (IT) services, including business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application services. The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.
Location: Plano, TX / Houston, TX / Columbus, OH Hybrid 3 days office in a week
Rate Range: $65-$70/hr C2C, $60/hr W2
Salary Range: $125k-$130k per annum + Benefits
Job Description:Storage engagement to facilitate operations related to production support, customer migrations, risk, and instrumentation.
Storage is seeking a broad engagement for services related to multiple portfolios within the product, covering operations in the NA and India time zones, including weekends.
This will include SRE operations, supporting product upgrades, and executing customer data migrations, along with troubleshooting failures, reporting, and support for the associated process.
Responsibilities:
Maintain compliance with assigned risk metrics and reporting.
Enhance existing account management tooling.
Facilitate customer data migration related to data center exits.
Completion of customer migrations within SLA.
Monitor and perform BAU TLM upgrades for select products.
Monitor performance against key metrics.
Support BAU Operations, including system versions and existing integrations.
Responsibilities Requirements:
Maintain compliance with assigned risk metrics and reporting.
Facilitate customer data migration related to data center exits.
Completion of customer migrations within SLA.
Monitor and perform BAU TLM upgrades for select products.
Monitor performance against key metrics.
