We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Director of Marketing and Community Relations to join our team and drive our community marketing and sales efforts.

Position Overview:

The Director of Marketing and Community Relations will lead our community marketing and sales program, implementing creative strategies to achieve optimal resident occupancy. This role involves forming and nurturing relationships with local community professionals, overseeing various marketing channels, and delivering exceptional experiences to prospective residents and their families. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks, leveraging social media, and using CRM tools to enhance our outreach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Community Marketing and Sales:

Develop and execute innovative strategies to maximize resident occupancy.

Build Relationships:

Forge and maintain connections with local community professionals to enhance referral sources and collaboration opportunities.

Facilitate Transitions:

Assist in the pre-screening and move-in process to ensure a smooth and positive transition for residents and their families.

Manage Social Media Presence:

Create and share compelling content that highlights our mission and core values across various social media platforms.

Oversee Marketing Channels:

Utilize a mix of paid advertising, digital platforms, and traditional outreach methods to engage with residents, employees, and stakeholders.

Deliver Exceptional Tours:

Provide warm and personalized tours for prospective residents and their families, showcasing our commitment to high-quality care.

Implement Follow-Up Strategies:

Develop strategies to nurture relationships, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.

Manage CRM Tool:

Oversee the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads, follow-up activities, and optimize sales and marketing efforts.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the senior living or healthcare industry.

Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing.

Experience with CRM tools and data-driven marketing strategies.

Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
