What you will do:
The Registered Dietitian coordinates nutritional care of residents by completing nutritional assessments, developing and implementing care plans and documenting dietary information about residents. Provides guidance and collaborates with the Food Service Director in the provision of food and nutrition services.
In this position, the Registered Dietitian takes a lead role in their assigned Skilled Nursing Facilities and works closely with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to evaluate and ensure that all residents have the best possible nutrition interventions.
As a Dietitian with Caldera Care, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our TEAM of several Registered Dietitians within the company to foster career growth and development.
