Cisco Talos Intelligence Group is one of the largest commercial threat intelligence teams in the world. Talos defends Cisco customers against known and emerging threats, discovers new vulnerabilities in common software, and interdicts threats in the wild before they can further harm the internet at large. We are a small team within the Talos ecosystem that develops and maintains the cloud platforms used by groups throughout the Cisco Security Business Group.Who You'll Work With

This person will collaborate with Talos Development teams to ensure the high availability of production services to prevent and mitigate unexpected customer facing incidents and will be responsible for the design and implementation of GovCloud environments which are required to support new threat detection capabilities and new federal consumers.What You'll Do

This position is critically needed to support AWS GovCloud environment for the ETD FedRamp project that powers Talos Cloud Services which delivers threat intelligence to Cisco Secure product offerings such as Secure Firewall and Secure Email.Perform capacity, availability, issue resolution and organizational change processes for cloud environments.Ensure that management and monitoring tools are integrated with AWS and Azure.Assist application developers with solving PaaS related issues as needed.Upgrade installed services and infrastructure regularly.Install, configure, and support multiple environments - PROD, Stage, Sandbox etc.Work within small teams, based on agile/scrum methodologies.Open to learn and get trained from senior team members.Be a part of 24x7 on-call rotation for incident support.Minimum Qualifications:

4+ years operational experience in IT, Engineering or related field2+ years of technical experience working with various AWS services like EKS, EMR, S3, Aurora, VPC, Lambda.2+ years of experience with container-based development and orchestration platforms such as - Kubernetes, ECS, Docker SwarmExperience with Terraform and/or AnsibleExperience creating automation using AWS SDKs in Python, Ruby, or similar.Preferred Qualifications

AWS GovCloud experience is desired.Strong verbal, written communications, and technical-documentation experienceProven history of working within timelines and the ability to succeed under pressure.Experience with implementing and maintaining highly available critically important environments for 24/7 availability.Why Cisco?
