The
Security & Access Control Manager
is responsible for providing branch personnel with direction and counsel regarding emergencies, accidents and physical security as needed or requested. This position also manages the card access process by handling telephone and email inquiries; processes card requests and activations throughout the company; coordinates with Security Systems Engineering & Maintenance team on creating and maintaining access levels and people groups; coordinates with OTC Security in processing requests for access to the OTC; and provides management reports as requested and in compliance with audit requirements. This position also codes invoices for payment for all security contractors and suppliers and completes REGIS entries related to replacement of access cards. This position coordinates the day-to-day activities of the contract guards in the Tulsa market and coordinates all new and renewal alarm system permits for security systems in the Tulsa area. This position also researches alarm incidents to determine root causes; communicates with BOKF ATM coordinator, Branch Operations Management and the Service Center to follow up on any incidents requiring attention.Team Culture

You will manage the Access Control System for the bank.You will coordinate with Security Management to assure bank employees have needed access.You will review daily alarm activity.You will manage contract security officers assigned to posts in your market.Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through an Associate’s Degree and 3-5 years experience in bank security or 5-7 years in equivalent security operations.Advanced knowledge of bank security and safety proceduresThorough knowledge of bank operations policies and proceduresThorough knowledge of console operations which includes programming knowledge of various access control applications and alarm systems softwareMust meet bank criminal background investigation standardsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient PC and Microsoft Office software skillsWorking Conditions & Physical Requirements
