We’re passionate about creating scalable platforms and infrastructure that drive efficiency and sustainability in businesses across the globe.The roleAs an IoT Architect in our Digital Factory Platform & Solutions team, you will design and build innovative IoT solutions that transform industries and enhance operational efficiency. You’ll collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations teams to implement Industry 4.0 technologies. With a focus on Integration, Security, Infrastructure, and Cloud computing, you’ll ensure best practices are followed across global projects while mentoring other professionals and influencing strategic technical decisions.What you’ll bring• Expertise in designing and supporting IoT or enterprise environments.• 12+ years of software development, focusing on Industrial IoT and embedded systems.• Proficiency in architecting real-time distributed applications using technologies like Kafka, MQTT, Containers, and Kubernetes.• Knowledge of IoT protocols and standards such as Sparkplug B, MODBUS, and MQTT.• Experience with edge computing and cloud-based IoT services (AWS IoT, Azure IoT Hub).• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and unit test-driven development.• Ability to develop end-to-end solutions for multi-layered applications.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.• Experience working in agile environments and managing enterprise-level projects.• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.Championing diversity, equity, and inclusionDiversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are integral to our culture and identity.
