At Regions, the Treasury Management Global Finance Specialist will process standby letters of credit, commercial letters of credit, documentary collections, shared national credits, participations, funds, and pay off loans to clients under EX-IM bank working capital guarantee and other insured loan products according to industry standards and publications that governs said products.Primary ResponsibilitiesEnsures client needs are met and/or exceeded within established service level agreementIssues, amends, and pays standby letters of credit, commercial letters of credit, and documentary collections according to industry standardsProcesses loan requests and monitors borrowing bases under working capital guarantees and EX-IM bank policies within defined coveragesProcess any credits returned for cancellationEnsures policies regarding regulatory, credit, and operational risk mitigation is adhered toThis position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime under the non-exempt FLSA classification for hours worked in excess of 40 per week.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDOne (1) year of banking experiencePreferencesBachelor's degreeSkills and CompetenciesAbility to work under pressureDetail oriented with strong emphasis on producing an accurate and professional productProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Etc)Strong verbal, written, and organizational skillsPosition TypeFull timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role.
