This hospital is known for providing the highest standard of patient care and offers innovative and state-of-the-art services.The Medical Surgical Assistant Nurse Director will report to the Director of Nursing and will be responsible for overseeing facility-wide nursing operations, financial and administrative operations, staffing and scheduling, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations, and collaborating with other leaders within the hospital. The Associate Nurse Director will also serve as an educational resource for facility staff, and will stay informed and educated with new developments and best practices.The Associate Director Nursing will be supported by an experienced team of nurse managers, nurse supervisors, and staff RNs.
