Job SummaryWe are seeking an LC-MS Senior Chemist. Applicants must have a strong theoretical knowledge of quantitative and qualitative LC-MS analyses as well as sample preparation experience for large molecules (peptides, proteins, and nucleotides).
Duties- Routine analysis of pharmaceutical samples- Maintenance of laboratory equipment (including LC-MS)- Development of methods (i.e. peptide mapping, intact mass analysis, reduced mass analysis, amino acid analysis)- Protein sequencing, N-glycan analysis, and UV assay, HPLC purity
Qualifications- BS or MS in a related field or PhD in a related field with 2+ years of post-graduate work experience is required and 5+ years of relevant experience preferred- Familiarity with cGMP laboratory guidelines is preferred- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
