you will oversee and develop a team responsible for the implementation, management, and optimization of our HRIS systems, with a strong emphasis on Workday. In partnership with Product, Business Systems, and Global Talent leadership, you will lead ongoing efforts to design and operationalize a talent technology strategy and roadmap that enables our global talent and corporate objectives. You have a product-centric mindset and a proven track record of successfully managing HRIS projects, driving process improvements, systems optimization and ensuring the effective use of technology to support our global talent functions.This position will report to our Vice President, Technology - Business Systems and is located in our Austin, Texas office. We are looking for someone to join our team immediately!What you’ll do:Lead the strategic planning, implementation, and management of HRIS systems, with a primary focus on Workday.

In close partnership with key stakeholders including Global Talent, Business Technology, Data Intelligence establish priorities, develop, and implement a three-year Talent Technology roadmap. One aligned with our business strategy to scale the organization through insights and self-service.

Collaborate with key stakeholders across Global Talent, Business Technology, Data Intelligence and other functions to establish priorities, develop, and execute a three-year Talent Technology roadmap that aligns with our business strategy and empowers the organization with insights and self-service.

Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes and partner with teams across People, Finance, Business Technology, Data Intelligence, on implementation of solutions, including performing regular business process reviews to make ongoing suggestions and create action plans.

Build and retain a high-performing team through leading and developing members of the Talent Technology team, who are responsible for implementing and maintaining Talent technology tools and align with the mission, vision, and strategy of Business Technology at Procore.

Establish an overall vendor strategy and lead vendor assessments in partnership with stakeholders and own strategic vendor relationships

Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Workday module and other HRIS applications supporting Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Total Compensation and Payroll.

Develop and implement best practices, policies, and procedures for HRIS management and data governance.

Lead change management efforts related to HRIS implementations and upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.

What we’re looking for:Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business or a related field or equivalent experience with 12+ years experience in internal/external IT business systems/technology experience. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in HRIS management, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday.

Experience in Agile methodologies and Product centric operating model.

Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Strong understanding of Workday's functionality and best practices, with the ability to leverage its capabilities to drive process improvements and enhance user experience.

Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools, such as Workday Reporting, Prism, or similar.

Proven experience in leading HRIS implementations and upgrades, including project management and change management.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience in managing and developing a team of HRIS professionals.

Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices in data governance

Additional InformationBase Pay Range $169,320 - $232,815. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation.
