Become a part of our caring community and help us put health firstThe Lead Security Architect determines security architecture requirements by evaluating business strategies and requirements. This role works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.Use your skills to make an impactThe Lead Security Architect will establish a practice to define, develop, socialize, and implement security architecture to ensure the enterprise can achieve its security strategy. This role will work with stakeholders and industry experts to understand and build alignment on various architectural technology standards.Responsibilities:Work with various stakeholders to build an enterprise alignment around security strategy, standards, architectures, roadmaps, and terminology using TOGAF and/or SABSA methodology.Facilitate the creation of clear, concise, and accessible technology standards for engineering teams.Create visibility and build awareness of the gap between current state security implementation versus future state architecture.Implement complex security capabilities by partnering with various engineering teams.Ensure infrastructure and systems use modern design and best practices for scalability and resiliency.Required Qualifications:Comprehensive experience with Azure, GCP, and AWS cloud providers.Experience in developing security architectures using SABSA or other security frameworks.Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or related relevant experience.7+ years of experience architecting cloud solutions in Azure, GCP, or AWS.7+ years of experience with Zero Trust, Infrastructure Security, Endpoint Detection and Response, and Identity Access Management Solutions.Ability to partner within and across teams to gain consensus and enable change.Ability to influence stakeholders and drive tasks to completion.Strong communication skills for creating and sharing presentations to various stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:Negotiation and mediation skills.CISSP or CEH or similar certification.Remote/WAH requirements:Must have the ability to provide high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office.A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mbps download x 10mbps upload) is required.Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.Scheduled Weekly Hours:

40Pay Range:

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $126,800 - $174,500 per year.
