– Retirement medical benefit account (RMBA) – 2% of annual eligible income set aside in accordance with program guidelines.Benefits may vary by location and role.Position Summary:Reporting to the Nursing Director, this position is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and providing high quality, individualized patient care using the components of the nursing process.Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.Recent two (2) years RN ICU experience required; CV ICU RN experience preferred.Current California RN license.Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers (AHA certified).Current ACLS certification (AHA certified).Current PALS certification (AHA Certified) (must obtain within 90 days of hire or transfer).Current CPI – Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training (within 90 days of hire).CCRN, CVS, CRRT preferred.Pay range: $77.88 - $94.77. Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce. If you are offered this position and must be vaccinated under any applicable law, you will be required to show proof of full vaccination or obtain an approval of a religious or medical exemption prior to your start date. If you receive an exemption from the vaccination requirement, you will be required to submit to regular testing in accordance with the law.
