Business Analyst

What You Will Do:
This position supports performing the modernization of legacy application to Low Code solutions over public cloud using Agile methodologies. As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for performing tasks including but not limited to story boarding, backlog grooming, developing business requirements and working with customers throughout the process. Candidate must be able to work independently and conduct Business Analyst tasks in coordination with the development team. We will provide training if needed.
Job Duties:
Work as part of a team throughout the agile delivery life cycle
Facilitate/coordinate business working group sessions
Support clients in managing system roadmaps, project plans, and product and release backlogs
Define user stories and establish acceptance criteria for functional and non-functional (technical) requirements
Define acceptance criteria and estimate the size of stories
Determine whether acceptance criteria have been satisfied
Leverage behavior driven development (BDD) and test-driven development (TDD) approaches
Adopt various Agile processes including but not limited to: SCRUM, Kanban, approaches
Responsible for creating product backlog, story boarding, process workflow, and stories acceptance criteria
Estimate level of effort to meet acceptance criteria
Support high-fidelity prototyping and business process design as needed
Required Skills:
Minimum of two (2) years experience in building business process models, writing acceptance criteria, and designing user interfaces for a production system.
Proven expertise in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts and in translating cybersecurity business process needs into technical requirements.
Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills, including ability to pivot and respond to and integrate information from various sources.
Possess strong written and oral communication skills along with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of team members.
Ability to absorb and synthesize information from various outlets and develop cohesive and nuanced communications for ultimate presentation to the client.
Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills.
Must be team-oriented, reliable, dependable, flexible, and highly responsive to internal clients, as well as other members of the team.
Ability to evaluate sources, conduct research, and analyze data.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with shifting priorities, including willingness to work extended hours as necessary to meet client-driven deadlines.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
