Program Director-Treatment . Ridiculously passionate about the company’s success, growth, and program quality.The candidate selected will be responsible for the following:Leadership, Growth and DevelopmentProvides supervision, oversight and support for the service program staff.Be a data driven champion by promoting and designing initiatives within the clinical team to improve individuals, office, state, and company Balanced Scorecard Results.Coordinates with the local hospitals for assessments and referrals for more restrictive care when needed or teaches other staff to handle this process.Work with individual clinical staff on productivity standards/goals and caseload expectations.Work with individual clinical staff on clinical growth and development.Provides billing and/or clinical supervision if/when independently licensed.Completes individual performance scorecards and provides clear expectations to those he or she supervises.Assignment of mentors to those he or she supervises.Implement, live by, and hold others accountable to Necco Corporate Culture.Empowers supervisees to fail forward.Works on growth and development of the clinical program through community outreach to secure new referral sources.PerformanceOversight of authorizations and held claims to ensure payment.Reviews referrals to determine if client is appropriate for agency services. Collaborates in the development of planning for the client regarding treatment issues, including visitation, health, education, and permanency goals.Reviews and approves all client service plans and goals contained therein.Quality Assurance/Risk ManagementEnsure that Quality Assurance Practices are being met.Works with state level leadership and/or performance team regarding the Behavioral health file review process.Serves as a liaison to all State and/or Medicaid service audits and record requests.Monitors the level and quality of services provided to clients.Works with the state clinical director or designated person regarding court record requests and subpoenas.Reports all agency critical incidents, allegations and/or concerns to Program Director and/or General Manager.Abide by ethical standards of licensure board and Necco.Practice mandated reporting according to state requirements and ensures all clinical staff follow this reporting.Ensure that all required state specific clinical documentation is completed per state rule/regulations.Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.Practice ruthless pragmatism. Engage in peer to peer feedback.Know and live the Necco Corporate Culture Principles.Embody the three essential virtues of humble, hungry and smart.Drive your Individual Performance Scorecard.Adhere to and contribute to the Necco meeting structure.Position Qualifications:21 Years of Age.LISW, LPCC, or MFTS (Ohio).At least 5 years of total experience in mental health treatment (KY only).Minimum of three years experience in mental health treatment of children with emotional or behavioral disabilities and their families.Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills.Excellent Organizational Skills and Self Motivated.Successful completion of all required criminal background checks.Valid Driver’s License and 100/300/100 Auto Insurance required.Travel/Training willingness.At Necco, we value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive and equitable work environment.
