This role will work with leaders and direct line staff to ensure services being provided are evidence-based and best in class. Ridiculously passionate about the company’s success, growth, and program quality.The candidate selected will be responsible for the following:Quality, Performance, and Risk ManagementProvide quality clinical oversight across all community-based behavioral health programs, ensuring the implementation of evidence-based practices.Oversee the development and adherence to clinical service protocols and practices.Drive continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives tailored to program-specific and overall organizational needs.Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards across all community behavioral staff.Monitor client flow, care quality, and outcomes within all clinical programs.Manage Necco’s adherence to the standards set by state, federal, and accrediting bodies, ensuring all policies, processes, and systems support effective data management in electronic health records.Leadership and Staff DevelopmentFoster leadership and professional growth within the behavioral health teams.Cascade strategic initiatives company-wide, aligning them with Necco’s goals and business line strategies.Leverage data and the company Scorecard to guide clinical and business decisions.Provide ongoing support, supervision, and mentorship to service programs and staff, enhancing the corporate culture and workplace environment.Engage in clinical and/or billing supervision as needed, maintaining professional licensure and certifications.Technical Capacity and Strategic Planning:Partner with the Risk and Safety team and other department leaders to advance projects that enhance care quality and safety.Integrate local and national trends with business intelligence to develop and implement effective business plans, balancing growth with quality and risk management.Manage external review processes, ensuring seamless coordination of system access, equipment, and communications.Serve as a subject matter expert on quality clinical outcomes, offering training, guidance, and recommendations for system enhancements or procedural changes.Additional Duties:Aid in the development of strategies for addressing mental health issues within the treatment teams.Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the supervisor.Practice Ruthless Pragmatism.Engage in peer to peer feedback.Know and Live the Necco Corporate Culture Principles.Embody the 3 essential virtues of Humble, Hungry, and Smart.Drive your Individual Performance Scorecard.Adhere to and contribute to the Necco meeting structure.Position QualificationsMaster's degree and professional licensure (LSW—with contingency of obtaining LGSW, LCSW, LICSW or LPCC, LPC). (West Virginia only)Advanced Degree in a human services discipline with preferred experience in mental health treatment of children with emotional or behavioral disabilities and their families, and possess a valid Mental Health Practitioner’s License, i.e. LPCA, LPCC, CSW, LCSW, LPA, LMFT or other board approved licensure capable of providing clinical services (Kentucky only).Master’s Degree in a human services discipline with one (5) year of experience in mental health treatment, with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in mental health treatment of children with emotional or behavioral disabilities and their families (if applicable) and a valid Ohio Mental Health Practitioner’s License i.e. BSW, LSW, LPCC or LISW (Ohio only).Valid driver’s license and required insurance coverage.Training and Travel willingness.Successful completion of all required criminal background checks.Must possess the skills to navigate and execute software programs (i.e., Microsoft Office, Database, Electronic Health Record, Dashboard).At Necco, we value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive and equitable work environment.
