The Technology Department at Dimensional leverages the rapidly evolving state of the art to engineer the platforms that power the innovative, research-driven financial and technical products to improve our client’s financial lives. As a Lead on the End User Computing Services team, you will assist in the development, design, configuration, security, and implementation of desktop operating systems, hardware standards, and core applications.

What you might work on:

As a Lead Product Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering key end-user services including productivity, collaboration, mobility, and security. You will collaborate with customers to develop requirements while partnering with cross-functional technology teams to deliver solutions. You will assist in tracking key client and departmental goals, lead projects, coordinate technical documentation for support teams, mentor junior team members, and assist with the product management lifecycle to include:

Developing and driving the product and services roadmap

Engaging with vendors

Managing product deployment efforts

Creating and managing product update schedules

Managing licensing

Assisting in procurement

Analyzing and recommending integrations to enhance operations

Translating customer’s business requirements into technical/functional specification designs for implementation by engineers

Working closely with clients and technology management to assess business value and priority and integrating continuous service improvements

The successful candidate for this position will be tech savvy, analytical and detail oriented, with the ability to multi-task and problem solve across multiple requests. Additionally, they must be skilled in working with business clients, external parties, and across other technology groups (developers, network administrators, senior management, etc.) as needed while staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or four years of experience in the end user computing space

Proficient in applying agile or other program management methodologies

Adept at building processes, managing products, and managing release schedules

Expertise working on large and deeply transformative projects

High level of comfort communicating effectively with customers and senior managers as well as working as part of a cross-functional project team

Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new technologies

Ability to self-manage and act with autonomy

Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members

Proven critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills

Can understand and translate technical requirements

Preferred Competencies:

Formal training/certification in agile and/or waterfall methodologies, Windows OS, Mac OS, or JAMF

Experience working in large, globally dispersed teams

Experience leading operating system deployment and management, and software distribution management tools (Microsoft SCCM, JAMF Pro, PowerShell)

Experience with productivity tool configuration management (Adobe, O365)

Experience with endpoint security products (Defender, Cortex)

Certifications for Microsoft365, Azure, MCSE, etc.

ITIL v3/v4 certification

Experience with video conference platforms (Zoom, WebEx, Teams)

Experience with asset management, RFP’s, and procurement

Experience with VDI (Citrix, Microsoft, Azure, AWS)

Experience with AI tools (Microsoft Copilot)
